Specialized Therapeutic Massage:  Specialized Therapeutic Massage is recommended for clients who are dealing with chronic pain/mobility concerns that require a highly skilled massage regimen.  Multiple visits are usually advised. (Please note below the unique session durations and pricing for this specialized regimen.)

Prenatal Massage:  Prenatal massage helps relieve muscle tension & joint pain, reduce anxiety and stress, improve circulation and address many common discomforts related to hormone shifts.

Traditional Thai Stretching:  Traditional Thai Stretching is a centuries-old technique that utilizes stretching motions that are very effective in relieving muscle and joint pain and improving flexibility.  This method can, at times, be a bit painful but for those who are serious about relieving their pain this is a recommended therapy.

Deep Tissue Bodywork:  Deep Tissue Bodywork is most effective for people suffering from deep muscle pain and soreness.  Deep Tissue Bodywork can also be painful at times, but our therapists are glad to work with you to find the degree of pressure you are most comfortable with.

Swedish/Relaxation Bodywork:  Swedish Bodywork is perfect for clients who are not suffering from acute pain and mobility issues but just want to enjoy a relaxing, smooth and peaceful session.

Hot Stone Session:  In this session, hot stones are used for the entire duration.  Hot stone treatment relaxes the muscles and delivers a soothing heat deep into the tissues.  Clients feel relaxed and restored after the session. 

Foot Relaxation:  Our foot relaxation session brings relief and restoration to your feet.  We will help loosen and realign the muscles in your feet to improve flexibility and comfort.

Couples Session:  Enjoy a session with your special someone.  We have a couples room just for you.
