First appointment: 10:00 a.m.
Last appointment: Must be concluded by closing time (8:00 p.m.)
We understand that unanticipated events and circumstances sometimes require you to cancel your appointment. We want to be as accommodating as possible when this occurs. However, please understand that when you make an appointment, that time is reserved just for you and it becomes unavailable to our other customers.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at one of our main numbers listed below (not by email or social media) as follows:
If your appointment is in the morning, please notify us by no later than 5:00pm the day before your scheduled appointment.
If your appointment is in the afternoon/evening, please inform us by no later than 3 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Failure to adhere to the above time frames will result in payment for the missed session being due in full prior to scheduling another session.
Note to Package Customers
Package customers will have time deducted from their package in an amount equal to the missed session.
If you arrive late, your session may have to be shortened. Your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session given, you will be responsible to pay for the full session reserved.
Courtesy Text Reminders
We provide, as a courtesy, a text reminder regarding your upcoming appointment. Failure to receive or view our courtesy text reminder is not a valid reason for missing or canceling an appointment. When you make your appointment, please remember to enter it into your personal calendar.
